Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and resalable condition.

2. How to Request a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll notify you via email once complete.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
